Wiseside Incorporated was established in August 2020 in the State of New York during the height of the COVID‑19 lockdown. The company was founded with a focused mission: to provide multifaceted financial consulting expertise that would help businesses affected by the pandemic remain operational, rebuild, and ultimately thrive beyond the crisis. From the beginning, our work centered on financial empowerment at a time when stability and guidance were urgently needed.

In 2024, we expanded our mission beyond pandemic‑related recovery and shifted toward supporting businesses and individuals more holistically. To reflect this expanded vision, we officially renamed the company Wiseside Financial and Insurance Solutions in 2024. Alongside this transformation, we introduced a comprehensive suite of services, including life insurance, health insurance, and P&C insurance, to ensure that the individuals and businesses we support have access to a true one‑stop financial sphere.
